Terms & Conditions
All prices include all taxes and tolls unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon arrival in resort and prior to departure from resort.
Payment for services is in euros, in cash or direct transfer to our French bank account.
If transferring funds these must be cleared in our account 14 days prior to the date of services commencing.
Clients will be deemed to have entered into a contract and to be happy with these terms and conditions upon confirming a booking either verbally or via email.
All deposits are non refundable, unless your booking is cancelled by Unique. Any cancellation made by the client in the summer months after the 1st of June or in the winter, 1 month of the commencement date, is payable in full. Any booking made in the season must be paid in full if cancelled 2 weeks before the commencement date. If payment is not received for the full amount of the invoice within the stated time on the invoice, late payment penalties shall be applied. This includes a one-off recovery fee of €40 plus the application of interest at the current rate set by the ECB (4.5%) plus 10%.
It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements, including child travel seats and food allergies etc.
The names of each individual passenger travelling must be supplied in advance.
If you are aware of any delay to your flight, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
In the event of a flight delay the driver will endeavour to wait for you, We reserve the right to suspend your booking should any delay impact upon other clients, but should the driver be required to leave prior to your arrival we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as is possible.
We will not be held liable if the client misses their flight due to circumstances beyond our control. Circumstances beyond our control include, but are not limited to;
-
accidents or incidents, whether your vehicle is directly or indirectly involved.

exceptional or severe weather conditions.

road closures and diversions.
-
unforeseen traffic delays.

delays caused by compliance with the police or other official agencies.

third party acts including but not restricted to terrorism, vandalism and industrial action.
Our vehicles are insured for all passenger and third party claims according to French law. However, all baggage and client property is carried entirely at the owner's risk and we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
Smoking, drinking and illegal drug use are not permitted in our vehicles.
All contract chefs will be used and organised by Unique, contracted chefs will not contract or work for Uniques clients without permission.
Unique clients will not contact or employ our contract chefs without permission.
Clients using Unique services MUST have their own valid travel insurance.
